Ode To Childhood

“Growing up repressing my queerness led me to have a complicated relationship with reality, especially during my childhood. I struggled with dissociation and escapism because of this. In this series, I took images of myself as a child and then digitally glitched them to make them unrecognizable. This is an exploration of my experiences with hazy, unclear memories of significant moments in my childhood.”
